Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our facilities management operations across multiple campuses.

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality building and facility services, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage key maintenance projects, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Facilities team and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, prioritizing student-focused solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, forecasting expenditure, managing disbursements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to lead and support an operational team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Built relationships and collaboration among stakeholders are crucial to the success of the team.
  • Commercial acumen and financial management expertise.
  • Current employee working with children check and national police check.
