Key Position: Chief Medical Imaging Technologist

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our diagnostic imaging services forward.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned Chief Medical Imaging Technologist to lead and motivate our team, strengthening our reputation as a Centre of Excellence by supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality examinations to diverse patient groups, ensuring patient welfare and safety in line with established standards.
  • Lead the development of our people, leveraging leadership qualities and experience in motivating and developing others.
  • Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills, managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Utilise sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, exercising initiative and independent judgement to optimise workflow and uphold patient quality care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chief MIT or Deputy Chief ready for their next challenge.
  • Relevant AHPRA and/or ASAR registration and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicable.
