Radiology Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Medical Imaging Technologist.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our reputation and creating a Centre of Excellence by supporting the development of our staff.
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Work closely with Operations Manager, Clinical Director, and local team to drive growth and improvement.
- Ensure high-quality examinations for a diverse range of patients, prioritising patient welfare and safety.
Fostering a strong leadership team is key to our success.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a Chief MIT or Deputy Chief ready for their next challenge.
- Leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating and developing others.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use initiative and independent judgement.
- Commercial acumen with awareness of how to optimise workflow and uphold patient quality care.
