About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled payroll specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including leave and superannuation contributions.
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks as required.
- Respond to payroll-related enquiries from staff and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Australian payroll processing within a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including superannuation and taxation.
- Attention to detail and high-level accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries effectively.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
