Design Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions using company products.

This role involves providing technical advice on all company products, ensuring work is carried out safely, and actively promoting the supply of leading technical service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, working with all aspects of formwork, falsework, and scaffolding designs. They should also possess management and staff development experience, skills in coaching and mentoring engineers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

In-depth knowledge of PERIcad, RSTAB, and various design tools available is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain good working relationships, and a positive working attitude.

  • Liaising with people at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds;
  • Experience in designing formwork, falsework, and scaffolding solutions;
  • Management and staff development experience;
  • Skills in coaching and mentoring engineers;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work in a team and has a positive working attitude;
