About the Job:

Seeking an experienced and skilled Formwork Construction Expert to lead our construction team on site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in formwork construction, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction of formwork to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Direct and manage subcontractors, laborers, and tools/equipment to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage for informed decision-making.
  • Enforce a clean and safe working environment by implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and meet project goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
