Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our Finance products through test planning, execution, automation, regression, and production verification.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools with experience working in an agile organization as part of a scrum team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance (Software Engineering experience considered)
  • Strong understanding and 2+ years' experience with automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, TestRail)
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams in the area of testing and quality practice.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in a lead or management role
  • Experience working with fintech or financial software development and knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements relevant to the fintech industry
  • Experience with web technologies, such as ReactJS
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous testing best practice
  • Experience in Security Testing or Performance Testing
