Administration Coordinator

Perigon Group is seeking a skilled Administration Coordinator for a busy construction business in North Rocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate foreign exchange operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and file management for currency transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of currency exchange rates, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any transactional issues.
  • Support team operations by tracking transaction statuses, monitoring compliance with protocols, and assisting with reporting needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within financial services or a similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders professionally.
  • An understanding of foreign exchange processes is a plus, but not essential.
