Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Venue and Events Support Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

This role is responsible for the ongoing support of setup and operations of functions and events at our function centres, and other events where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup and operation of functions and events
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Be available to work flexible hours during the week and on weekends
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12-months of experience in a similar role
  • First Aid certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Solid working experience in cash handling, cleaning, room set up, stage setup, and customer service
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations including front of house, kitchen and bar
  • Experience working within a dynamic team environment
