Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

The primary function of a Customer Service Liaison is to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service via phone calls.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish contact with clients through primarily outbound channels to arrange a free hearing service or follow-up appointment.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction to new and existing customers.
  • Promote our range of products and delivery services.
  • Utilize benefit selling techniques where possible to encourage appointment bookings.
  • Maintain a high volume of phone calls.
  • Update customer records.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent communication and active listening and influencing skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a high energy level.
  • A clear, articulate speaking voice and a pleasant, confident, and empathetic phone manner.
  • Intermediate computer skills (experience with CRM/call centre software, Outlook, and Word preferred).
  • The ability to work as part of a team combined with the motivation to achieve individual goals.
