About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and administering our commercial incentives system and supporting various financial reporting and analytical needs.

  • You will manage and administer the business' commercial incentives system, including preparation and submission of monthly incentive calculations;
  • Support the timely preparation and delivery of management reports for the finance function, leadership team, and stakeholders;
  • Undertake analysis and modelling to support decision-making and operational reporting requirements;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Product, and Operations to provide administrative and analytical support;
  • Provide ad hoc support to the finance team and broader organization as needed.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, fast-paced, environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and comfortable working with various software packages;
  • Effective task execution and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment;
  • Inquisitive and driven nature with a desire to work with multiple data sources;
  • Systematic approach to regular tasks and deliverables;
  • Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or similar.
