APAC Commercial Legal Affairs Leader

This role requires a seasoned legal professional to oversee all commercial legal affairs within the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include managing a team of lawyers, partnering with senior commercial management, and advising on innovative go-to-market strategies.

As the leader, you will be responsible for analyzing regional legal and corporate risk, drafting and negotiating major commercial contracts, and advising on complex legal issues. Additionally, you will need to oversee legal operations and engage outside counsel as needed.
