Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to manage our non-operated assets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership capability, stakeholder management skills, and experience building and guiding diverse teams.

The Non-Operated Asset Manager will be instrumental in delivering our upstream strategy by developing and executing strategies to optimize production and reduce long-term costs.

  • Develop and execute plans to maximize production and minimize costs from non-operated assets.
  • Drive performance across health, safety, environment, production, cost, and planning by leveraging joint venture agreements and influencing operator behaviors.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team integrating technical and commercial capabilities aligned with our values.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase value and reduce investment risk.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and assurance processes for non-operated assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading complex negotiations and resolving disputes.
  • Demonstrating operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Deep expertise in commercial, technical, or legal domains.
  • Strong leadership capability and stakeholder management skills.
