This is a high-profile role that focuses on leading the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. As a Learning and Capability Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the organization's capability framework and designing and implementing skills taxonomies aligned to the job family framework.
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing organizational learning and development capabilities.
- Maintain and improve existing learning systems and mandatory training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training initiatives that meet business needs.
About You
- Proven experience in leading learning and development teams or similar roles in large complex organizations.
- Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.
