Join 4WD Supacentre, a leading omni-channel retailer, as a Click & Collect Service Representative in our Cairns store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while generating sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Ensure the counter and click and collect queues are clean and tidy at all times, provide priority support to customers, and adhere to customer ID requirements.
  • Customer Service: Coordinate and call customers to pick up small items from the front counter and large products from the warehouse, initiate upsell initiatives, and maintain a strong understanding of product offerings.
  • Order Management: Effectively manage and coordinate part order pick-ups and collections notices, contact customers for short audits, and complete daily audits of click and collect orders.
  • Warehouse Support: Support warehouse operations for click and collect order pick-ups, ensure the effective and safe operation of click and collect practices, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Available to work a Wednesday to Sunday roster or a Friday to Tuesday roster.
  • Proven experience managing click and collect orders from start to finish.
  • High level of customer satisfaction.
  • Previous retail experience with a high energy sales focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, and other systems.
  • Knowledge of 12v systems is highly regarded.
