
Customer Service Specialist

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing assigned customers, ensuring a superior level of customer service, and promoting new products/services to existing clients.
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage assigned customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to facilitate client access to our services.
- Promptly answer phone calls to all clients and manage appointments in line with our procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service and liaison to key stakeholders.
- Actively promote new products and services to assigned existing clients.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role, preferably in the medical or insurance industry.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong office software skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry and typing skills.
- A proven ability to work within a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, workers compensation, personal injury, processes/legislation, medicolegal, and/or life insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
