Community Support Specialist

Regal Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients, including meal preparation and serving.
- Assist clients with medication prompting and social support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability, or Veteran sectors.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability.
- Current CPR and Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
