**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the medical device industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the ANZ region.

The successful candidate will have 3 years' experience in a customer service role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for ensuring all sample orders are completed accurately and processed on time, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services, and provide guidance to colleagues on general customer and order enquiries.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with the warehouse and couriers to arrange urgent deliveries and providing ongoing support to our customers.

**What You'll Need:*

  • 3 years' experience in a customer service role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • High level of empathy and comfortable speaking and engaging with people over the phone
  • Intermediate level user experience of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • 'Can do' approach with solving problems
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
