As a Director of Service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional before, after and holiday care programs to children every day. Our company operates with a set of core values that drive our decision-making and approach to service delivery.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity for a Director of Service to join our team. You will work closely with schools to build relationships and engage with the community. The role involves managing a team of passionate educators, fostering fun relationships with children and their families, and ensuring compliance and medical documentation are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and partners on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day
  • Establish and foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
  • Manage and roster a team of passionate educators effectively
  • Ensure compliance and manage medical documentation accurately
  • Serve as the primary liaison between TeamKids and the school community

Requirements

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working with children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Confident interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive can-do attitude
  • You're a natural leader with attention to detail and a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to bring FUN into your work
