About the Role As the program director, you will lead the delivery of the Enforceable Undertaking Program.
Key responsibilities Program Leadership: Design and deliver the integrated EU transformation roadmap, aligning all remediation initiatives under a unified governance framework.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with APRA, independent reviewers, internal executives, and the Board to ensure transparency and accountability.
Risk Remediation: Lead the uplift of operational risk, insurance administration, outsourcing practices, and governance structures.
Regulatory Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate reporting to APRA, ensuring compliance with CPS 230, CPS 234, and other relevant prudential standards.
Cultural Change: Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and member-first thinking across the organisation.
About You Extensive experience in financial services, preferably superannuation and/or wealth management
Experience working on large-scale M&A programs (Preferred).
Proven track record in leading large-scale risk remediation programs under regulatory scrutiny.
Deep understanding of APRA's regulatory framework, including enforceable undertakings and prudential standards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at Board and Executive levels.
Experience in governance, compliance, and operational risk uplift.
Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
