Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Maintenance Assurance department. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of Victoria's social housing portfolio, gathering information on the condition and attributes of various building elements, and providing critical data to inform future planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
  • Ensuring quality maintenance processes are undertaken and measured against contractual standards.
