Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate key new works at our water reclamation plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient and effective meetings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with great attention to detail, who is keen to hone their quality management and governance experience and grow their career in large-scale project management.

About the Role:

  • Plan and manage key new works at our Bendigo and Castlemaine Plants
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely contribution to projects
  • Ensure efficient and effective meetings and provide accurate and timely updates to the Project Control Board and Executive Team
  • Liaise with the enterprise-wide Project Management Office to deliver reporting requirements and identify and monitor risk

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality management, governance and support services or relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and ISO Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and read the room
