About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Design Impact and Evaluation Specialist. As a key member of our Innovation Directorate, you will be responsible for leading our approach to impact and evaluation across the directorate. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting ethics, data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities for government funding, across directorates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to impact and evaluation, ensuring strategic alignment with our organizational goals and priorities.
  • Lead multiple, complex evaluations, research, and development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of organizational reporting for government grants, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee the delivery of evaluations and monitoring for projects and campaigns, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Provide capacity building and support to staff in other directorates, specifically around evaluation design, development, and delivery.
  • Implement, develop, and improve systems and processes that support sharing insights and learnings, and facilitate the transfer of successful innovative projects to other directorates.
  • Lead the ongoing development of systems and processes to ensure Our Watch evaluations address and further strengthen primary prevention frameworks and evidence.
