We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in a permanent part-time role, supporting clients across the Ballina and Lismore regions, including surrounding suburbs.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in community or aged care support (including domestic duties) and hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care. They will also possess a current First Aid Certificate, a valid driver's licence, and access to a registered and insured vehicle.

The successful applicant will be required to work flexible shifts between 7:00AM and 7:00PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight. We welcome applicants who are available 3-4 weekdays, including Fridays, and ideally alternating weekend availability.

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will provide personal care and domestic assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. You will also promote social inclusion and community engagement through conversation and activities.
