Create your best future and join Westpac as a Business Home Lending Manager.

What's the role?

You'll be the go-to expert for business customers navigating the home lending journey—start to finish. From first chats to final approvals, you'll make the process smooth, clear, and genuinely helpful. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers across Commercial and SME, bringing your lending smarts and people-first mindset to every deal. This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Parramatta, with hybrid working (3 office days) to keep life and work in balance.

What do I need?

You're someone who knows how to make things happen and make people feel heard. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A natural ease with customers—you're clear, calm, and always professional.
• Sharp thinking when it comes to financials, credit analysis, and structuring deals.
• A collaborative spirit—working side-by-side with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to get it right the first time.
• A solid understanding of lending policies, risk management, and compliance (or the drive to learn fast).
• Confidence navigating digital tools and systems to keep things moving and customers informed.
