Senior Venue Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our venue at 8 Exhibition Street in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational requirements and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will have a clear vision to establish our venue as Australia's leading provider of flexible workspaces. You will consistently elevate the brand and the member experience by delivering effective communication, proactive facilities management, and engaging customer interactions and activations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with demonstrated front of house experience to take their career to the next level. If you thrive on building relationships and take pride in working proactively and autonomously, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the welcoming face and key point of contact for all members and guests
- Effectively manage meeting room and workshop bookings
- Increase member loyalty through proactive engagement and regular catch-up meetings
- Manage the entire life cycle of our customer journey
- Coordinate and oversee venue maintenance
