Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to take on the role of Lead Educator in our early childhood service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging learning environments that foster children's growth and well-being.

About the Role

In this senior position, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the development of curriculum and educational programs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the high-quality care and education of children in our centre.

The successful applicant will have a Diploma qualification in Children's Services and significant experience working with young children. A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Significant experience working with young children (0-5 years)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
