Housekeeping Operations Manager

Minor Hotels is a global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of properties. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant.
This is a full-time position responsible for the management of housekeeping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, building relationships with housekeeping staff and clients, and supporting the housekeeping team to provide excellent cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the property
- Build productive relationships with housekeeping staff and clients
- Support the housekeeping team to deliver excellent cleaning services
- Oversee daily on-the-job training for cleaning employees
- Maintain accurate records of financial, maintenance, and inventory data
Requirements:
- Experience managing housekeeping teams
- Ability to control budgets and manage operating supplies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
