Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
">- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, protocols, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor housekeeping performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Develop effective solutions to address issues related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am start.
