Job Title: Clinical Learning and Development Manager

The role of the Clinical Learning and Development Manager is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies for nursing and support staff.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and current practising certificate.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing issues and practices.
  • Good computer literacy and report-running skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Postgraduate qualification in education.
