The role of the Clinical Learning and Development Manager is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies for nursing and support staff.

- Leadership and oversight of a team of clinical nurse educators, nursing, and medical facilitators.
About the Role:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learning strategies to meet the educational requirements of nursing and support staff.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing and healthcare best practices.
- Coordinate the development of evidence-based educational activities to meet quality initiatives.
- Manage the education team to achieve optimal performance.
- Facilitate staff compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration and current practising certificate.
- Certificate 3 in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing issues and practices.
- Good computer literacy and report-running skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Postgraduate qualification in education.
