**Requirements:

  • Possess 1-2+ years of experience in creating thumbnails and using image editing software.
  • Demonstrate understanding of visual design principles for thumbnails, including composition and color theory.
  • Provide a portfolio or previous experience showcasing proficiency in various thumbnail styles.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and accountability when collaborating with team members.
