Teaching and Education Role

A dedicated educator is required to lead academic delivery in Diploma of Nursing programs. This role involves guiding student learning, assessing assignments, and developing curriculum.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement educational strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing standards and practices to inform curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Vocational competencies at least to the level of qualifications delivered.
  • TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

This position requires the incumbent to maintain professional competence and provide evidence of same throughout employment. Candidates will be required to undergo National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check checks.
