Role Overview

Clinical Nurses in our organization have the opportunity to combine their clinical expertise with their passion for nurturing and professionally developing others.

We are seeking an experienced Education Facilitator to join us on a part-time basis. This position will work in partnership with Directors of Nursing, Department Managers, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and other key stakeholders to deliver identified programs and education as specified in the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards (NSQHS).

  • Oversee Student Placement bookings
  • Assist in the coordination, delivery, and facilitation of education programs delivered across the site
  • Monitor compliance with all mandatory training and competency requirements
  • Facilitate competency programs

Essential Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Registered Nurse qualifications
  • Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) (or working towards)
  • Thorough knowledge of NSQHS standards and current legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of computer literacy including MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves delivering high-quality education programs that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing student placement bookings, coordinating education programs, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training and competency requirements.
