Job Title: Senior Data Migration QA Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team in quality assurance of data migration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on data migration and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of data migration solutions by executing thorough testing and validation processes.
  • Develop and implement automated test scripts using SQL tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Analyze complex data sets and create comprehensive test plans to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on quality assurance activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Xray, TOSCA, Postman, and SQL.
  • Strong working experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of data profiling tools and test automation frameworks.
