About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Supervisor, leading a multidisciplinary team and providing guidance and support through mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a generalist caseload involving ongoing therapy, functional capacity assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology.
  • Supervise a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support through mentoring and coaching.
  • Develop and implement therapy programs to meet the needs of NDIS clients in community settings.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality therapy services.
Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Experience in community, private, or acute settings.
  • Access to a vehicle and a current driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
