We understand the challenges that education managers face when looking for quality relief teachers.

That's why we created a platform where managers can log in, browse our selection of relief teachers, and make a booking instantly.

Our platform connects teachers with institutions delivering Certificate and Diploma courses and English language and digital skills courses. We deliver short-term instant hires and attract new employees for Education Providers seeking specialist educators.

Role Requirements

We are looking for positive, team-minded, qualified teachers who thrive on creating vibrant, inclusive learning environments and unforgettable experiences for international students. Our ideal candidate is organised and friendly, with a professional attitude and a love of working with others.

Our EAP teachers will work with classes including:

- English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

- University Bridging Courses

Qualifications and Experience

Teachers must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, as well as a certificate in teaching English to adults such as CELTA, TESOL or TEFL. Previous experience teaching English to adults is essential, with university experience preferred.

Responsibilities

As an EAP teacher, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and managing your profile

- Preparing lessons to a professional standard using provided materials and your own creative touches

- Arriving promptly, maintaining a professional appearance, departing promptly and accurately completing all necessary paperwork

- Ensuring students have a positive social and linguistic experience in your classroom

What Success Looks Like

In your first month, you'll receive full onboarding from our team and get class-ready. You'll then accept bookings and start teaching dynamic classes. In your second month, you'll develop your own teaching methodology and attend member institutions to facilitate positive learning experiences.

As you progress, you'll be constantly requested by managers in our network and establish relationships with Teachers, Students and Centre Managers.
