EF International Language Campus (Brisbane) is located in South Brisbane. We deliver General English classes for international students.

Our classes are delivered face-to-face over two shifts Monday to Friday between 8.30 AM-2.00 PM, and 1.00PM-6PM. Applicants should be flexible to teach some mornings and some afternoons across the week.

We offer Casual and teaching relief contracts with flexible arrangement, and the salary is determined by the applicant's qualifications and ELT experience (adults & children). The contract will be subject to the provisions of the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020.

There are multiple roles available for causal and relief teachers.

We offer regular Continuous Professional Development to our teachers, and a fun vibrant work environment.

Requirements:

The ESL teacher is responsible, on an individual and team basis, for providing students with a variety of services and resources that enables students to reach their personal needs and objectives within the educational services framework. They will actively collaborate with all center staff to provide a welcoming and professional environment to everyone and a positive learning experience for students.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any major.
  • TESOL qualification (e.g. CELTA or Certificate IV in TESOL).
  • Statement of hours for any previous ESL teaching experiences. Note – prior experience is not required.
  • Two recent references.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19.
  • Able to teach during out busiest period (Sept-March)
