The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the submission process, creating marketing strategies for appointed properties, and working closely with clients and agencies to implement, measure, and optimize campaigns.
Key responsibilities include project management, collation of submission documents, coordinating meetings, communicating with internal stakeholders, managing campaign enquiry schedules, coordinating marketing efforts, and analyzing post-pitch client feedback.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements and Qualifications- Experience in administration providing support to a team or senior individual
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing and campaign management, ideally in the property industry
