We are seeking a skilled Senior Claims Partner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in delivering recovery solutions.

About the Opportunity
  • This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by managing complex claims with full decision-making responsibility.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a strategically important portfolio of complex claims
  2. Delivering tailored support through regular face-to-face meetings and milestone reviews
  3. Leading and participating in case conferencing and return-to-work planning
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Workplace Relations, and the broader My Recovery and Health teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of managing complex workers' compensation claims
  • The ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
