Leadership Role for Primary-Aged Children Program

As a leader in our children's program, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and rewarding experiences for primary-aged children. Your role will involve designing and implementing an inclusive program, planning daily activities that cater to the needs and interests of the children, preparing and serving healthy snacks, and building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a high-quality program for before school, after school, and holiday care.
  • Plan daily activities that meet the needs and interests of primary-aged children.
  • Prepare and serve healthy snacks that adhere to nutritional standards.
  • Lead and support a team of educators to create a welcoming environment where children can thrive.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to design and implement a comprehensive program for primary-aged children.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
