Key Responsibilities- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal evidence-based consumer care and support consumer health and wellbeing through occupation and consideration of the person and their environment.
- Provide supervision to junior occupational therapists and contribute to the development of strong, evidence-based practice within Primary Care Support Program and the broader Community Assessment Response Team (CART).
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or relevant equivalent degree.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Current Driver's License.
- A supportive and cohesive team within a larger interdisciplinary setting.
- Achievable/ manageable KPI with strong focus on delivering evidence-based, comprehensive care.
- Opportunities to participate in quality improvement/research activities/committees and portfolios.
- Work-life balance (no expectation to stay longer hours) including flexible working time start and finish times (within business needs).
