About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Mental Health team at Monash Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, treatment, and support to children and families affected by mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in mental health or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
