Job Summary
As a Program Director at Tideri Jobbörse, you will oversee the daily operations of a therapeutic cottage. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise youth care staff, ensuring that they provide a supportive and therapeutic environment for our clients. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring the cottage's budget, as well as coordinating work schedules to minimize overtime expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interviews, selects, supervises, and completes performance evaluations for Youth Care Workers assigned to the cottage.
  • Plans and coordinates work schedules of staff in the cottage to assure required program coverage and works to minimize overtime expenses.
  • Schedules and conducts program team meetings.
  • Assures ongoing communication among youth care staff and between youth care staff and other members of the residential team, including therapists, recreational and administrative staff.

Requirements
  • Possess and retain a valid Illinois driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to direct services in a manner that reflects appreciation for the cultural background and heritage of the clients.
