As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to creating a high-performance culture that ensures our customers have an exceptional experience when shopping in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support across multiple areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
  • Enhance the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Contribute to the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Requirements:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • An enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
