About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences and driving sales results during the busy festive season.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, jewellery, and providing outstanding customer service. If you have a flair for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences, helping customers find the perfect gift or treat themselves to something special.
  • Develop strong product knowledge through comprehensive training and ongoing support, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by effectively merchandising products, managing stock levels, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Requirements
  • A passion for sales, fashion, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended trading hours.
