As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Game Expansion Disciplines (Padel, Pickleball, POP Tennis, Beach Tennis)

About the Role
  • You will lead the strategic development of Game Expansion Disciplines, building strong relationships with external stakeholders and partners across all Disciplines.
  • Develop and evolve Partner Programs for each Discipline to provide value to clubs and connect the broader venue network.
  • Represent TA at key industry events, advocating for Padel, Pickleball, POP Tennis, and Beach Tennis.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for venues that have integrated these Disciplines.
  • Integrate functional departments to drive collective attainment of team objectives.
About You
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the sporting ecosystem from grassroots to elite athlete performance.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking, strategy development, and execution.
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering sporting competition, events, and leagues.
  • Experience in managing planning and delivery of national competitions / events.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital platforms supporting effective delivery of competition / events.
