Job Title: Coach Education Specialist Vic

About the Role

The role facilitates coach education within the Tennis Coach team by training potential and existing coaches to the highest standards.

  1. Coordinate and facilitate coaching courses, workshops, and professional development programs for coaches.
  2. Determine the needs of local coaches to develop learning solutions in collaboration with the Coach Learning team.
  3. Engage industry leaders to promote industry engagement.
  4. Provide networking opportunities to support coaches, share innovation and best practice.
  5. Actively promote coaching pathways to the coach network using various communication channels.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Tennis coach membership or willingness to become a TA coach member.
  2. Coaching qualification - minimum L2 Club Professional, L3 High Performance or Master Club Professional.
  3. Ability to build professional relationships with coaches of all levels and backgrounds.
  4. Extensive experience coaching tennis (participation and performance).
  5. Knowledge of the tennis coaching pathway within Australia and internationally.
  6. A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
