We are seeking a skilled Mowing and Groundskeeping Specialist to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our commercial sites and council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. You will be operating various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and inspections, and ensuring lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.

As a Mowing and Groundskeeping Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative team environment and have the opportunity to showcase your skills and grow with our company.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
  • Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
