About the Role
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our team by ensuring the collection of outstanding debts and prompt payment of accounts. You will also be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners or wholesale customers from a credit management perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing credit limits and efficiently resolve disputes that affect payment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.
