Customer Service Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team as a specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored solutions that meet individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on a range of banking products and services
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for growth and development
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent)
